• - Membership may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations of these Terms

BlackBook Network operates as a private placement concierge and facilitator. We expressly disclaim:

Members agree not to:

• - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt Platform operations

• - Harass, defame, or interfere with other members or staff

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackBook Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
